HEXOPOLIS
DESCRIPTION
Hexopolis is an analog game that I designed in which players compete with one another to capture their opponent's piece, all while building towers and bridges to aid them in the process. This project is a demonstration of iterative design, in that it started as a prototype that is an entirely different game than the current version. Working on this game also gave me space to experiment with minimalist design, such that simple rules will beget complex outcomes. Hexopolis has successfully raised over 350% of its goal on Kickstarter and currently being prepared for global distribution in September 2024.
